      Good stability but too much politics and below market compensations

      Great rewarding medical projects. Good basic benefits

      Cons

      Too much politics Fear culture: Nobody questions management initiatives Impossible to suggest new ideas as management does not listen to staff Pay is lower than the competition No good incentives other than a tiny bonus as the company is private Not a good company to grow technically and professionally

      Pros

      Not many pros... they have horrible benefits and have been in constant financial turmoil. People at the top still make money everyone else is disposable.

      Cons

      Unorganized company who have lots of financial issues. Many litigation issues as well. They pay about 20% under market and do not value employees

      Pros

      Good technology and some good people.

      Cons

      - Even though the tech might be good they’re always short handed on product - Always short handed on people - Constantly demanding growth but not actually willing to hire support to support growth - Constantly hearing that we should have equal market share as Medtronic or Abbott yet when you ask management for resources or support needed to make an attempt (with multiple years of success over plan might I add) always having an excuse on why they can’t hire more people to support growth is because we’re not Medtronic or Abbott - Claim to care about the patient and think our device is the best which I even happen to agree with. However, it doesn’t matter if you don’t have the personnel needed to actually check patients devices. - Don’t expect anything but cold hard business. They only claim to care about their employees while their actions show the opposite
