• Toxic culture at the regional level. Management is more focused on internal politics than business performance. • Heads of departments are just yes-men. Their main job is to suck up to the boss, not lead their teams or contribute meaningfully. • Managers are disrespectful, self-serving, and act without accountability. They make things up, avoid responsibility, and say whatever suits them, even if it’s untrue or harmful. • No integrity in leadership. There’s no interest in employee welfare, only in personal agendas and protecting their positions. • The workplace feels more like a power game than a functioning business. Sales and results don’t matter as long as you’re aligned with the right people.
