In tune with employees’ feedback. Hybrid work environment. Good bonus program. No low deductible insurance plans, but premiums are super slow.

Pros

Good pay and excellent benefits. Hybrid structure job for most and half-day Fridays. Great cafeteria and coffee shop with lots of affordable options.

Cons

Odd company culture with favoritism very obvious in the Marketing department. Middle management contributes to and encourages gossiping and bad behavior. Barely any work-life balance, as night meetings are frequent. The high turnover here is for a reason!!
