Perks are nice but management needs work

Pros

Campus is beautiful with a great cafe and food. Leadership overall seems to have good values. Summer hours and some flexibility with schedule.

Cons

No freedom for creativity whatsoever - there's a ton of micromanaging and things can only be done a certain way despite inefficiency. Don't go to HR with any complaints, because it's a waste of time.
