      A lot of teams to help solve issues. Patient safety and care is always happily the main goal for all.

      Cons

      Hard to navigate which/how to contact teams. A lot of meetings to solve issues that could be handled sooner.

      Pros

      This is an excellent place to get healthcare and I'm proud to work at the organization. Every effort is being made to make the organization a Great Place to Work.

      Cons

      The healthcare industry faces lots of headwinds with tariffs and likely Medicaid eligibility reductions. Not a con of working at our organization, but all healthcare organizations face these challenges.
