      Good benefits, bad leadership

      Pros

      Benefits are great Good place to work if you plan on doing 10+ years in any role

      Cons

      Lower than average pay, but no actual technical qualifications are needed. Leadership sucks, their only concern is with hitting metrics to get their bonuses, not concerned with employee development or morale at all. BJC is a 'grinder' use you up and spit you out, but take advantage of their benefits and you can spring yourself to much better opportunities.

      Pension (not sure how long that will exist) - "if" you can make it to vesting

      Cons

      Management/Leadership "say" the right things, but don't live up to the standards and values established in the company training. Watch your back always.

      Disappointing Onboarding Experience; Lack of Transparency

      Pros

      Initial hiring process was smooth and professional. Coworkers were friendly and welcoming during my brief tenure.

      Cons

      Employment ended abruptly after just 30 days without clear reasoning or prior indication of performance concerns. Communication from management was minimal, lacking transparency regarding expectations or feedback. Limited onboarding support and unclear guidance around role objectives, making it difficult to gauge early performance.
