Poor maternity leave Sick time and holidays come out of allotted PTO - If an outpatient pharmacy is closed, you are forced to use PTO. Penalized for calling off 6 times in a rolling 12 month period which makes it very difficult to have a kid in daycare.

Can work from home Flexibility while working from home

Cons

The organization says the mission is to show compassion..respect and excellence but there are several managers and directors who don't support compassion..respect or excellence. While you work there if you have a difference of opinion than managers the first time you do anything they don't care for they will come up with a reason to terminate..they don't believe in coaching or feedback..if they dislike you they just terminate and say hr said what you did was too bad for you to come back.
