Pros

Remote work from Missouri and Illinois.

Cons

Culture is toxic. You do not get a voice, and they are not flexible to life and situations. They constantly just look for people that can breathe to fill a spot, but not the right person

Pros

50% shift differential in addition to base pay Frequent ability to pick up extra shifts with approximately double pay Better staff to patient ratios than most other area hospitals Great teamwork

Cons

Bedside nursing with high acuity patients and families that expect concierge service instead of skilled nursing care. The nurse can always be expected to do the job of others when short staffed, yet no-one can do the nurses job under the same circumstances.

Thank you for being a part of our team for over 6 years. We couldn't provide exceptional care to patients without team members like YOU being a part of our team. We hear you and we see you. We have passed along your comments to senior leadership, but we also want to encourage you to reach out to bjc_talent_acquisition @bjc.org.
