Pros

Great place to work for individuals just out of college. There are lots of opportunities available and it is relatively easy to switch to other departments if you find the one you're in isn't for you.

Cons

Too big for their own good. Seems to let bad employees slip through the cracks and the good employees have to make up for their mistakes

Well below market pay at the non-management levels in IT. No promotional opportunities unless you know someone or are a good "suck-up".
