      Co-workers were good, but management was very lacking.

      Pros

      Relatively relaxed environment. Co-workers were personable and for the most part easy to work with.

      Cons

      Personally, my manager was very poor. Incompetent and poor management skills. Many people in leadership positions are seriously lacking in terms of skills and general business knowledge (i.e. computer skills).

      everything is about politics and too many managers

      easy to get hired if you're just starting out and willing to work for less

      Cons

      politics and everyone wants to be a manager because managers don't have to do much so it seems like there's four managers for every person who is actually doing the real work
