      Pros

      Freedom to do what you do Able to comment on issues without retaliation My Boss is AMAZING This company does alot of good works for the public.

      Cons

      Domestic Partner benefit rules are TERRIBLE Some departments management dont have a clue. Any Large company will have some sort of politics. This is no exception. In this economy, Raises are terrible. Job description does not match job.

      Relatively relaxed environment. Co-workers were personable and for the most part easy to work with.

      Cons

      Personally, my manager was very poor. Incompetent and poor management skills. Many people in leadership positions are seriously lacking in terms of skills and general business knowledge (i.e. computer skills).

      Access to the best medical care in St.Louis Modern and up to date equipment Innovating new ideas and methods in medicine

      Cons

      Direct management does not listen to my ideas or complaints Direct management does not work at the same time as I do so I never see her; how is someone suposed to do a review when they are totaly clueless as to what I actually do when I'm working.
