      Pros

      Flexibility is a good thing about Bjc starting hours are good in the correct positions. Vacation and pension over many years is good management is clueless in it.

      Cons

      Very low market pay. Management full of red tape. Slow moving projects and raises and promotions. Good place to learn not worth spending more than two years

      Pros

      Great tuition reimbursement, vacation policy, pension plan. The atmosphere is that of family more than co-workers. Pay is comparable to others.

      Cons

      parking is bad. I have to park about 5 blocks away and get shuttled in. The parking garage you can pay $50/month to park in has a waiting list of over 100 people, and no one moved off of it last year. Some employees do get away with not doing their jobs, and never get reprimanded nor fired.

      Pros

      There are a lot of great people within the organization, it makes it fun to come to work. All of the leadership that I have encountered are very compassionate and understanding.

      Cons

      I have found it difficult to to get interviews outside of the department that I work in.
