No annual bonus, salary not fitting for amount of hours expected and actually worked. Meager 1-3% annual raises with no regard for performance. 1-way management written feedback system that was visible to others with no way to issue counter comment for false negative statements containing incomplete facts (only the ones that met Managers narrative). Thus, an incompetent manager can shift blame.
