BKF is growing in the right direction and has so much opportunity. The company has adjusted its structure to be more market focus and has allowed us to serve our employees and clients better! I am so excited about the direction the company is going.

Cons

Change can be hard for some folks, but now that success is coming from that change, it should hopefully help people feel more comfortable.

Good projects, good people, but still figuring some stuff out

Pros

You get to work on a lot of interesting projects that actually make you better at your job. Most people are super helpful and easy to work with. Senior folks will answer questions if you ask. They want you to grow Overall, the vibe is collaborative.

Cons

Processes aren’t 100% consistent yet. Different offices do things differently, which can be frustrating. Internal handoffs could be smoother. Things fall through the cracks between teams.
