Pros
Fast paced work, dynamic and friendly environment. Not too back-stabby
Cons
Total comp, for technical folks, is well below industry medial, especially salary, for YOE. Very limited LTIP program... LTIP is mostly for Execs. Individual contributors and mid career people are overlooked and unapprecaited.

Pros
BKV was in the right place at the right time. Deep pockets from Thai back company Aggressive spending at the right time - hopefully.
Cons
The CEO is from an ISP company and has no experience with the E&P industry, and it shows. No one is sure how he got the job. There seems to be no vision except to spend monstrous amounts of G&A to make up for poor decisions. Hostile work environment if you question anything.
