Fast paced work, dynamic and friendly environment. Not too back-stabby

Total comp, for technical folks, is well below industry medial, especially salary, for YOE. Very limited LTIP program... LTIP is mostly for Execs. Individual contributors and mid career people are overlooked and unapprecaited.

Wonderful people most of whom were legacy Devon employees. Safety commitment seems legitimate. Office culture among employees is cooperative not cutthroat.

Workload is consistently at 120% of capacity keeping people in a constant low level stress. Employees are expected to perform like “Olympic athletes” but even with bonus structure compensation is lower than industry average. Poor work/life balance. It can be difficult to utilize pto without falling further behind. Lack of admin and tech support. High turnover/burnout.
