Pros

Incredible bonuses when natural gas prices were high. In 2023 I got a 50% bonus payout and within weeks management canceled 401k matching to try to make ends meet. Didn’t seem super well planned.

Cons

An emotionally hazardous environment. C-suite and upper management operate with no oversight. It was a really, really hard place to be.

Pros

Fast paced work, dynamic and friendly environment. Not too back-stabby

Cons

Total comp, for technical folks, is well below industry medial, especially salary, for YOE. Very limited LTIP program... LTIP is mostly for Execs. Individual contributors and mid career people are overlooked and unapprecaited.

Good salary and bonus if you negotiate before you’re hired.

Cons

Terrible growth opportunity. Illegal and downright messy HR practices. Disagreeing will get you axed. Leadership is completely out of touch with employees.
