Pros
BKV was in the right place at the right time. Deep pockets from Thai back company Aggressive spending at the right time - hopefully. Quiet office.
Cons
The CEO is from an ISP company and has no experience with the E&P industry, and it shows. No one is sure how he got the job. There seems to be no vision except to spend monstrous amounts of G&A to make up for poor decisions. Recent expansions to "The Cloud" slowed everything down and caused tremendous confusion. The CEO is combative if you question his poor decisions. He has no Oil/Gas background.
