Pros
* I only gave one star because you really do learn what to look for in your next employer and you pay more attention to the signs. * I will never say this for all their properties, because it would be a misconstrued statement since I have never been to all their properties, although they use very misconstrued tactics to target people. But I will highlight what when on at one property I was hired at. I told many times that I was brought in to train as a property manager for some new property they would have coming up. The truth is they were behind in office work and needed someone to help them catch up. But that alone doesn't make the issue. The issue was the very horrendous behavior that happened with management and staff on property.
Cons
* Butt covering methods utilized. * Making up blatant lies and attaching the VP or upper management to the email * Will instruct you do work in certain ways and then lie and say they did not say that and like you did it all wrong * Lots of pettiness and office gossip * Very inside unethical behavior * HR will pretend to care about the situations that are going on behind closed doors at properties just to get you to talk to them, then they will retaliate against you with false messages and twist it all up to make you look and appear like the actual problem. * They will actually use employment laws and start making false claims with those laws trying to intimidate you.
