Nothing bad to say about BLVD. They have been a great company to work for.

Absolutely not one highlight in 3 years.

You will never hear from your director. Ask for help? You’ll be ignored for months and then if operations slip you will be chastised and disrespected on all your efforts while they were nowhere to be found. Lack of leadership. Lack of training, resources or guidance. No support - Most of leadership is less knowledgeable than the regionals or some on site staff. Unprofessional workplace, a lot of drinking. Cliquey environment, play the game and do body shots with the male staff and flirt with the president of the company or your out. I won’t get into the absolute fraud being forced to use an in house construction company on 3rd party managed assets and having your job threatened when you don’t. DO NOT WORK HERE
