Fantastic atmosphere, a place full of inspiring people. Tons of music everywhere! Internal entrepreneurship is central to the company's identity—people are encouraged to define their own role based on their skills and ambitions. A positive attitude, good teamwork skills and a willingness to learn are valued over specific experience, diplomas and job titles. The company is very horizontal. Managers lead by example and by giving people freedom to learn and do things for themselves. The mood is very fast-paced, as the company strives to be at the cutting edge of the music industry. BS is kept at a healthy minimum. As stated above, the company is very horizontal and values internal entrepreneurship, and the mood is fast-paced.
