Pros
BMAT is a very nice company to be in, there's a great culture. at the time i worked there, structure was flat, basically you have no direct "boss", and this gives you big autonomy, which is great. in the company, everyone feels a sense of ownership on the projects they work on, and that makes things go in the right way. They have good perks, like unlimited yearly vacations. People was really nice, even the higher ups, and the product, really interesting. they are totally transparent on the revenues and numbers overall.
Cons
the salary is not too bad, but it could be better. i am not sure if it was me who did a bad negotiation, though. if my salary was higher maybe i would have stayed.
