Pros

I'm personally attached to their mission. Albeit my bias, I feel it's fair to say freedom, flexibility, and ownership are amongst their best things. That together with the kindness and mastery of your colleagues.

Cons

Not a standard culture, they ask a lot from the team, sometimes feels overwhelming, sometimes you fell on your own. Some people don't enjoy as much.

Pros

+ Nice people, friendly and non-biased + Opportunity to learn about the music industry, even without previous experience + Flexibility in terms of choosing projects, and the direction of growth + Flexible working hours & remote work

Cons

+ There is an effort put in getting more women on board, but still struggling to get to 50-50% + Higher chance of success for outgoing personalities + BMAT won't fit every type of personality - if you like being told what to do and how to do it, then it's better to search for another job. BMAT appreciates more proactivity and autonomous style of working

Great people. Poor management and general chaos

Pros

- Good atmosphere and great people - Flexibility - Interesting projects - Very cool office

Cons

- People in management positions started there as their first job so they don't have any other work experience, they don't have experience in management and the feeling is that they don't prioritise learn how to do that - General disorganisation, sometimes resulting in working overtime or during weekends or holidays - Lack of diversity, mostly men in management positions - Low salaries
