- Good atmosphere and great people - Flexibility - Interesting projects - Very cool office
Cons
- People in management positions started there as their first job so they don't have any other work experience, they don't have experience in management and the feeling is that they don't prioritise learn how to do that - General disorganisation, sometimes resulting in working overtime or during weekends or holidays - Lack of diversity, mostly men in management positions - Low salaries
