Pros

Maybe the annual leave is considered okay for entry level.

Cons

- employee shows no respect to female colleagues and s*xist remarks are very common from an employee. management does nothing to address issue (maybe because they have 0 clue what is going on) - employee goes around spreading things about other employees and causing distrust between colleagues in the team - environment is not ideal and people would rather protect peace than to stand up for themselves. - generally a bad place to work for female employees

Pros

No pros. Maybe some leftover food items from the various executive lunch ins they had every now and then, usually scrap leftovers.

Cons

Hostile work environment. They down talk to you whenever you start to make any type of sense as it usually goes against whatever ideas they had that obviously didn't work. Speaking to adults as adults is frowned upon as some people might not be emotionally intelligent to have an adult conversation without being "offended" Overwork their employees. Workload is too much for anyone member and they continue to remove people and hire inept people who are not qualified for the positions they were hired for. Training is non-existent, not a joke, non-existent! They force training on "senior" members(with no additional pay) who already have full workloads, laying that burden on them. Knowledge sharing is non-existent and their never follow their own policies. Everything is always"oh we don't do that anymore" or " it's changed last since then" when their documentation(the thing they always point us to when we have questions) states otherwise. They have absolutely no spine when it comes to client relations. They let any and all clients walk all over them and never follow their own policies when it comes to delivering results. They bend over backwards for theclients that complain the most. Senior magement is a joke and they absolutely don't care about the employees, nevertheless the engineers who make sure the company keeps the lights on as they are the ones who do all the hard work!
