Helpful colleagues are always supportive and are willing to assist others. Each team gives individuals a chance to become leads and excel. Lab environment is safe and testers can move mobile desks where needed. Pleasant and friendly atmosphere, both in the lab and between depts. Useful and valuable experience is gained here, lots of learning opportunities. Steady workflow provides a feeling of job security, and ability to advance.
Cons
Sometimes eye-strain from looking at a laptop most of the day can be an issue. Often, test engineers must learn independently and quickly. Short turn around times on projects may call for longer hours.
