Pros
Pay ok and the Company is very liberal, in a way, in term of banking. But aside from that it still a bank just like all other Bank. They also have Quota as well, so if you are not used to Quota it gonna drive you nuts. The people you work with everyday most of them are very nice and great.
Cons
Even though the people you work with is great upper management and partners are totally different. It a hit or miss with the partners, some are very good and responsible and some are utterly incompetent and unresponsive. Also because everyone is so hungry to make money the partners and the different departments are fighting for business. So they cannibalize each other customers, because the way that the system is set up to where customers doesn't have a home branch so then multiple people in the same departments can go after that one customers. It a free for all accentually, event though on the surface is doesn't appear to be like that.
