      If you don't have any skills it's a good place to start. doesn't need any financial or customer service skills. really general.

      Cons

      I worked at the Brentwood branch. The manager and the assistant to her didn't have the minimum required management and leadership skills and they were just promoted because of their industry knowledge and expertise. They expected you to stay there over time to clean your work, if you didn't you wouldn't considered part of the team or team members didn't support you. when you waited there to help the branch to close the manager wouldn't compensate you for the extra time because of the so called limited budget.

      Got laid off a week after returning. They applied true Commercial credit and risk ratings to small and medium businesses which led to unforgivable speed to market timelines. They also treated existing customers like this, imagine having covenant on a $100,000 checking account..
