      No opportunity to grow, avoid if you're ambitious, go for it if you just want to chill out forever

      Pros

      Large organization, so it's got the standard large organization perks i.e. incentives, good clean buildings, and very professional. The people that work there are generally hipsters. Pretty good if you're one of them... you can socialize and b1tch about your work place together. It's a congregation of losers, really.

      Cons

      No opportunity to grow. Growth is at a snail's pace. You're expected to work in your role for at least a year (likely a year and a half, but I won't shatter your dreams young one).

      Conservative, successful company. Institute for Learning offered a variety of courses and personal development. Project Management and software development standards.

      Cons

      Very little growth opportunity. Too many reorganizations of a period of several years. Change of leadership has led to low morale in Technology and Operations.
