      Lots of opportunities, but uneven people management skills

      Pros

      Great corporate university (IFL), decent benefits, good employee recognition program (Bravo), interesting opportunities if you get the option to do internal consulting role.

      Cons

      People managers generally untrained and un-coached, resulting in some very difficult employee-manager relationships, pay is supposedly sub-par for the industry, culture is focusing on performance, but without a real sense of how to make that work.

      very poor, dishonest management, lots of politics, bullying and intimidate employees is part of the management style.

      relative secure job, big name

      Cons

      the gap between regular worker and upper management is huge. they have all the perks, huge bonus beside the fat pay check for doing nothing. most of the summer interns are children's of upper management. the bank has lots of money so they can waste them on useless projects, like creating a new dept or hire a diretor for six figure salaries
