      -Open architecture -Potential for commissions

      Cons

      -Success wholly dependent on referrals -Not allowed to make your own calls to bank clients -Management won't help you if bankers decide to focus on other parts of their scorecard (there is no enforced quota for bankers because there is no penalty for them if they don't give you referrals) -Investments are only 10% of their scorecard and they get a $25 credit vs a % bonus if they sell them CD's or a savings account -Premier bankers can have their time split across multiple advisors
