Pros

If you perform the commission structure can be decent. When COVID first burst onto the scene corporate genuinely seemed to be willing to sacrifice to ensure employee safety.

Cons

Don't be mislead, this is a sales oriented culture. 30+ outbound calls daily at a minimum, customer service is a distant second to sales. Benefits are very expensive and limited.

Managers act like teenage girls, and talk poorly about people they don't like in front of all employees.

Cons

BMO consists of a lot of managers who cut corners and do not want to help their employees with workload or personal issues.
