Rewarded handsomely if you are truly doing thing the right way. Allowed to run your office like you own it. Ability to make your own decisions and focus on the customers and employees. Managers at BMO have a lot put in their shoulders and hence have the ability to make huge impacts compared to banks that just sell checking accounts. Ability to prove yourself is a daily opportunity and those who can succeed are rewarded handsomely compared to other banks.
Cons
EVP level managers from time to time can have multiple priorities that can change rapidly without rhyme or reason.
