Big corporation. Doesn't seem to care about customers, even though the push customer service.

M&I- trying to play on the big banks playing field with low grade products and technology

Pros

The company pays better then most other banks, tenered employees that have been with the company for 2 years or more seem to be happy (back when it was M&I culture)

Cons

If you are coming from a bigger bank, stay far far away from this stone-age of a bank. The technology is so far behind and will probably drive you to a point of insanity. The outbound calls that have to be placed on a weekly basis are ridiculous as well.

Pros

Working for Harris Bank is wonderful! They treat employees very well and focus on customer satisfaction, unlike other banks I have worked for. Great benefits! Very involved in community events! Management is wonderful! Overall, I love my job!

Cons

The only con I can think of would be the lack of qualified customers which really has nothing to do with the company. There are a lot of customers that cannot be helped which makes commission a challenge.
