      Old boy mentality. If you are not 10 yrs old in the Company, forget it; no one wants to hear what you have to say! The Risk department is not able to keep its employees. Most people live in 6 months due to 'bureacrazy' and unnecessary hierarchy Too many rumors and gossip floating around
