It is true for all places but especially here, aftet 2 years and talking to more and more people i can definitely say not everyone is as happy here as i am. I have a great boss and opportunities for professional growth. The yearly bonus and raise is fine, i always get a decent one they just simply cannot keep up with the changes due to inflation. As a new person you always have a better chance and definitely get as much as you can but this is for all big corporations. If you are interested in the automotive industry or BMW in general this is a great place with lots of options to move up or sideways.

Cons

If yoh want a cosy home office job this is not it, most managers allow it but the job itself not always. HR is a joke, also they never get rid of useless people they just wait patiently for them to leave. The germans simply cannot and will not understand hungarians and hungary in general and keep hoping people will work here for the oppprtunity to work at the big BMW like in Germany.
