      Pros

      Working for a company like BMW is incredibly exciting. This was such a great time. I've learned a lot and met really interesting people. My job was really interesting and I would have loved to stay there. If you can make into the company you'll have amazing opportunities.

      Cons

      A huge group like BMW is per se quite rigid and people become more a number than a person, if you know what I mean. So as such it is quite anonymous. Also, a lot of people work for BMW, but have contracts with different sub-providers. This makes it hard for young professionals / working students to stay at BMW. After one year, the contract is over and your boss will have to let you go, even if they needed you.
