Cons
Coworkers typically complain about pay, but considering the relaxed environment and the very generous benefits package, I feel that the compensation package as a whole is very competitive. If you would prefer working 80 hrs/week for 52 weeks a year for maximum pay, then BNP Paribas isn't a good fit for you.
