      Old style bank with no interest to improve

      Good PTO holidays and benefits

      Cons

      Extremely old management, stuck with the idea that they are the best european bank. No investment in IT, very high rotation among people with no company visa. Very hard to progress for none french, amount of female md below average. Lots of compliance and ethical issues

      Pretty laid back culture, generally nice people

      Cons

      Bad morale, people always complaining about low pay relative to peers, lack of any real sense of proactive development. you get deployed onto your desk and are at the whimsy of the senior on the team who isn't very motivated to train you in any way. This might have just been my experience.
