      Tedious work culture. Massive red tape. Lack of job mobility for workers older than 40. Expect excessive time on digging holes and the refilling them.

      Big Slow and unorganized. Try to appear to be customer centric and push sales like a Wells Fargo without the technology and infrastructure in place. Issues rarely resolved. Managers on the branch level completely incompetant.
