Pros
Opportunity to make 100K in train service. It gave me the incentive to finish college to work in a place with professionalism and respect.
Cons
Management worker relations possibly the equivalent of 50 years ago in most industries. I feel I was one of the top employees in my craft but only remember 2 compliments. Screamed at like a child from management and one actually physically assaulted( pushed) because I questioned his decision. Don't ever let your children work there.
