      Good and Bad, but getting worse

      Pros

      Good experience, some locations are interesting, lots of opportunity to move and advance, salary is good. Smaller locations seem to be better than the larger ones.

      Cons

      No work/life balance, plan to work your rest days, lots of shift work, funny days off or no days off, mentally draining. Union employees can be tough to motivate, and absolutely no accountability from hourly employees.

      Great pay excellent benefits and the safest environment you'll ever work in. If you want to work around the best coworkers in the world, this is the place to be. You will not find a better company top to bottom in the country.
