      Career opportunities.. no work/life balance

      Pros

      There are a lot of career opportunities! Compensation can be very high the more you get promoted. It is a good learning experience regardless of whether you decide to make a career out of it or take your talents elsewhere.

      Cons

      Upper management rules with an iron fist. There is no work/life balance. If you desire to work your life away and make a lot of money this is a great place to be.

      Pros

      Job security Good pay for what you actually do (nothing challenging or of great value add) very simple, day-to-day reports, emails, memos, ect.

      Cons

      You are 1 of thousands of employees, there is almost nothing you can do to get noticed. Career growth is determined by company growth and your managers discretion. Managers have been there forever (15, 20 & 25 years is a normal tenure) so don't expect new ideas or for anything to move the needle
