Good work and life balance. It is more up to you whether you want to work hard or not, but don't expect the additional bonus at the end.

Cons

Old technologies, big company with lot of bureaucracy, no effective processes. Company is in the cost cutting mode, would more likely lay off employees and bring in out source team or contractors to fill in temporarily than reward bonus for hard working employees.
