      - surrounded by dedicated coworkers and inspirational managers whom are always willing to help - strong base salary; fair bonuses - flexible hours - availability to work remotely as wanted

      Cons

      - long work weeks; commonly 60+ hours - have to cover overnight and weekend shifts several weeks per year - very few promotions available and with such a talented group difficult to get - job requires more technical expertise than it should because of weak development and product support teams
