      Cons

      Condescending management. Have to process way too many transactions. You can never be a good employee unless you bend over for management. Hybrid work is a "privilege" except every other department gets to work hybrid on the spot. You get spied on. Super, super tedious work all day long. Employee retention rate is low. Management manipulates you. Not worth it if you care about yourself, try to not work in wealth management as a client processor.
