working time- you are not told the truth during initial interview regarding working hours You say you can work until 15:00 your manager says ok and when you go there you are told that there is deployment at Saturday and you need to be there Managers do not listen that it is not what you were told you will never receive money for trainings but you are told that you can try to obtain money but there is problem to get the money managers from USA sets up meeting until 17:00 although this is not what you agreed initially and no one cares no laptops possible when you need to get help from other teams they not respond and you need to chase them on skype so there you need to fight to complete task odd methods of development no good coffee

Very political. Watch your back. Poor people management. Punishing discipline for any deviation from strong conservative culture.
