Pros
Great Benefits package. Benefits start day 1. Great 401k options. Overtime is plentiful (80% of the time) Interview process is about normal. Good luck.
Cons
Mediocre pay. Ok management. No food or drink or mp3's to keep you awake if you work overnight. Company could do a lot better morale wise, but what do I know? I'm just a peon.
