Pros
Great benefits such as healthcare and pension. One Consulting was very beneficial to my time at BNY Mellon.
Cons
No structure in the programme. I wouldn’t even class it as a graduate scheme as we only get communication about the graduate scheme once a month on team calls and they were normally cancelled. There was no professional development time allocated and there would be no difference in how you or a temporary employee would be treated.
