Tuition reimbursement; but the catch is you’re locked in.

Literally everything else is a con. So much political BS. Every single organization move or direction or change is a scheme that works out poorly for employees. Every. Single. One. Promotions are used to lock in essential talent they believe is in danger of leaving; they usually come with a 10% raise then no merit increase for 1-2 years.
